About us

Richland County CSEA's mission is to enforce the timely collection and disbursement of child support payments and to promote the well-being of children through the financial and emotional support of both parents.

We provide no-cost child support services which include, but are not limited to:

1. Enforcing the collection of court-ordered child support payments
2. Locating absent parents
3. Establishing paternity
4. Establishing medical support
5. Preparing cases for Federal and State tax refund and lump sum payment attachments
6. Providing child support services to other states upon request

There are no fees for our services, an application is required.
